There are diFFERENT package options to choose from. if you are unclear to which package works for YOU, please click here to view the options.
every package option comes WITH up to (20) 60 inch round tables that can seat up to 8 people per table, giving you seating options for up to 160 people.
every package option includes (8) 6ft rectangle tables for use as needed.
every package option includes up to 100 clear Chiavari Chairs.
every package option also includes up to 100 white folding Chairs for additional seating.
"The open space" is a blank canvas that can accommodate a varieTY OF dIFFERENT design options. Although, the building capacity is 250 people, we only provide seating arranGEMENTS for up to 160 people.
"The food serving area" is a seperate area from "the open space". This is ideal to keep the food seperate from your event. your guests can enter through one door, be served, and exit THROUGH another door.
There is a kitchenette. This CONSISTS OF a refrigerator, deep freezer, prep table, and Sink. the venue does not have a full kitchen, No stove. Cooking in the venue is not allowed.
$1,000.00 Booking deposit
to book the venue, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is reQUIRED. This deposit is applied to the total.
(for packages priced at or under $2,000.00 the deposit will be half.)
